Hi, My huband is currently recovering from aortic heart valve replacment and a large aortic aneurism which they did a graft procedure and replaced the entire ascending aortia. Praise God he is doing well.
DH will be using a scooter as he has in the past for our WDW trips. It is too much walking for him and in the past the heat has been an issue, which I am sure we will not have to worry about at the end of November and first part of December.
We are planning our first Christmas visit to WDW this year. We will be going after Thanksgiving and hopefully before the holiday crowds. Since this is our first and possibly last Christmas trip we would like to experience as much of the holiday wonder as possible. I have read about the MVMCP being a must do item.
What is everyone's opinion of it? Has anyone with a disability gone and what was their experience. My DH will be using a scooter and I may also be using one, as I am scheduled to have total knee replacment surgery in June.
We are concerned that it may be so crowded that we will not be able to move yet alone enjoy the party. We have never been to one of these special events that Disney has. Any and all information would be appreciated.
