MVMCP and FP+ Question

We are planning a late November trip and are tentatively scheduling a MVMCP trip. We have been to the Halloween Party before and loved it. My wife is a certified "Christmas-holic" and has always wanted to go to WDW when the Christmas decorations are up.

We are staying with "Free Dining" and had to purchase two one-day park passes in order to get the package. We also have some older non-expiring park hopper passes with four days left on them that we have linked to MDE after considerable wrangling due to the age of the passes.

We are planning on going to the Animal Kingdom in the morning and heading over to the MK around 4 pm. I read somewhere that thy will allow you into the MK with a MVMCP ticket around that time.

We would like to be able to set up one FastPass+ at the Magic Kingdom after we use our 3 at the AK. Would we be able to do that with a MVMCP ticket or would we have to use one of the days on the park-hopper tickets to do so? We would really like to be able to save a day on the park hoppers if we could and just use a one day ticket to the AK and use the MVMCP ticket at the MK. Any help would be appreciated.

The situation is too new to know.

I'd put the chances at better than 50% that you can do that.
We'll have to wait until reports from the first party to know more.

Yes, you will be able to enter MK at 4 p.m. MVMCP officially begins at 7 p.m. I don't believe they allow FP+ reservations for hard-ticketed events. I think you would only be able to make FP+ reservations between 4 - 7 p.m. and I think you'd have to use a regular entry to do so, which doesn't seem worth using a whole days entry.

FP+ is not available on party nights, but I think that is only after 7PM. However, given that the ticket is a "party" ticket I do not think it will allow you to use it to make a FP+ reservation. I'm not sure if a standard ticket will allow for reserving FP+ at a separate park. That is probably the question that needs to be answered and I do not have the answer.

And, the specifics of being able to get a 4th (5th, 6th) FP+, in-person,
at MK's FP+ kiosks, after having the first 3 FP+ in another park that same day...
and just using the MNSSHP tickets to enter MK (4pm-7pm)...
is what is too new to know.

Again, I'd put that likelihood at over 50%.
Only when the parties begin, and reports flow, will we know, for sure.

But, again, we are talking, in this particular question,
about specifically the possibility using a 4th, 5th, etc. FP+ for
the time at MK in-between 4PM and 7PM (before the party begins,)
and using only the Party ticket for entry.

We got our MNSSHP tickets but don't have any other tickets yet. Clicking on the FP+ link, it seems we are able to start the process of reserving for up to 30 days from now at MK only. This leads me to believe that the 4-7 FP+ window will still work this year.
