Can you get any Fast Pass + during MVMCP ??? Can you order Fast Pass +
beforehand, for during the Christmas Party ? What about when you are already at the Christmas party? Can you request a Fast Pass + at that time?

No FPs during parties. This and many other FP FAQs are answered in the green link in my signature.

But you can use FP from 4-7 on MVMCP days with your MVMCP ticket, and you can book them in advance.

Yes, or else you won't be able to pre-book FPs (Unless you have another ticket linked to MDE).

I was just told otherwise by a Disney customer service rep. My party tickets are linked to my MDE account and she said I will be able to book fastpasses at 30 days out. However, what she did say is that we will not be able to USE the fastpasses that we book in advance until we get to the park (or the TTC or DTD) and exchange our ticket voucher for an RFID-enabled card.

My bad...the way I read your post, I was thinking it said the system doesn't work for pre-booking FP+ UNLESS you have another park-ticket in addition to the party ticket.

But, your post, when put together with the question regarding linking the party ticket to MDE makes sense. I just overlooked that part, because I did not have to link my party ticket. It was already in MDE when I logged in the first time, so I skipped that step.
