Must Use Disney Vendors

I am just a little confused--I am getting married in Epcot at an early am ceremony with a reception at Living Seas-which aspects to I have to use Disney vendors for? Mainly, I am confused on if I have to use their photography services. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

You do not have to use their photographers, that is not a requirement.

Up until fairly recently there was a rule that if you were having an event (ceremony, reception, any wedding event) inside a theme park that you could not bring an outside photographer. This policy was recently changed, so perhaps you were reading some now slightly outdated information.

There are rules about using outside vendors for floral, decor, entertainment etc that vary depending on your venue selections but I'm not 100% sure on those off the top of my head.

Generally speaking, ballrooms have the most flexibility regarding outside vendors. Special venues, such as the living seas salon, will require that Disney provide the floral and decor. There is no photography restriction.

As far as DJs go, you must use Disney-approved DJs inside Theme Park locations and Atlantic Dance Hall. For other locations, you may use an "outside" DJ, however there will be a set-up entertainment fee charged by Disney to cover lighting, dance floor, staging, etc. When using a Disney DJ, the entertainment fee is waived.

I can't POSSIBLY fathom that anyone wouldn't love her work. I couldn't use her because I was last minute and she was booked.... But I follow her Facebook and LOVE her work. Its beautiful. I personally wouldn't hesitate.
