Must....stop....calling.....and....making....reser vations!!!

I am in the same boat! I cannot stop second guessing everything! We are going in 2 weeks, have had the ressies since our 180 mark and I just finished moving them around last week and the sad thing is we are going for just a long weekend :lmao:

My Oct ressies and Jan ressies are still making me insane too!

Hey MickeyNicki...been following your food threads which have been so very helpful in helping us decide where to eat at WDW!!! Thanks for taking the time and posting pics....they make me hungry whenever I see them !:goodvibes Do you have a review on 50's Prime Time....we'll be eating there for the first time and wondering your thoughts on this cafe? Hope to hear from you!!! Also, which restaurants will you be covering this upcoming trip? Enjoy :wizard:

I do it too! I have Disney Dining on speed dial and I feel like I sould just start the conversation with "Hi Disney, its Lisa again just calling to change a few things."

My dining is like a house of cards, change one thing and then they all have to be tweaked. I got a Fireworks cruise, well that meant the ADR that night had to be changed and that meant 3 others had to be switched around. It's a good thing I write all of this in pencil in my Passporer!

To me honest I think that some days I just want to kind of touch my plans a little and since Disney Dining is always there it lets me do that. It's SICK, I know!

No offense to any of you, but this is exactly the reason why Disney doesn't want the 800 number circulated to the general public.

Didn't even know an 800 number existed-

I call 1-407-WDW-DINE on my dime (although of course it's free since they're in My Circle on my cell phone and free LD on my home :rotfl:)

Yeah, I was referencing a thread not too long ago with people complaining about that Disney should provide it because it costs them X number of dollars per month, it was some outrageous amount. I'm like, uh.. don't people have cell phones? I mean, seriously?

Actually, I think this is it. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1862474

I just got off the phone with DD :lmao: I made my Sept ADR's in April but still have some ADR's I'd like earlier. I am most likely canceling a Teppan Edo on Sept 9 at 8:30PM if anyone wants it!

Since this is our first trip, I want everything to be perfect! So I keep changing our plans. I have been trying to get a Chef Mickey's and I feel silly asking for it everyday. I am waaay too obsessed with planning this vacation!

I have to go call disney again now...:rotfl:

I swear I'm done calling and changing my ADRs. Let's see how long that lasts. :rolleyes1

Oh my gosh, I am exactly the same way. I call from my cell phone when I am in my car. I dialed it the other night and my mom said-"did you just dial that from memory?" Every other day I try to show my teenager the SPREADSHEET of reservations, he hesitates and says "oh course I would loooove to look at where we are eating :sad2: "

My family wants to know what I am going to do for a hobby once the trip is over!

I do it too! I'm constantly changing my ADR's around, whether its different restaurant, a different time, a different date. I just always feel as though I can make my trip better and more perfect.

There is hope! I have been tweeking my ADR's since I booked the trip in April. Last week I called back and xxld the Hollywood and Vine breakfast and got Crystal Palace for 8:35 for the morning we are going home. We also had an ADR for 9:30pm for Ohana the night before we leave. While my dh was happy we have it at all, I wasn't really thrilled with the time so I called yesterday and a 5:15pm ADR opened up so I grabbed it.

I only have one or two more that I'm thinking about changing and then I think that's it. :rolleyes1

I got an earlier lunch for LeCellier yesterday.. hung up and then realized that I could try to get dinner that night at an earlier time also.. So, I called back. Of course while I had them on the phone, I had to see if I could tweak my other reservations..

I will need a new hobby in 50 days.

This is my first time at Disney in 12 years!! I am taking my kids. My parents said I had to book at 180 day...my argument..how was I going to know where/what I wanted to eat in 6 months. So I went over all the menus to get an idea and now I am an addict....planning and changing...planning and changing.
Its fun!! :rotfl2:

my name is abc999 and I am an ADR addict. Since the day I was obsessing with seems to finally be set, I picked another to completely overhaul. Hopefully this will keep me busy for another couple of weeks

My situation is a bit different, but I am pathetic in my own way. I have 407-WDW-DINE programmed into my phone; I'm a local, and on way too many nights hubby has said, "See if we can get into _________" and there I am on the phone. We've even been out driving around and have decided to go to a WDW restaurant, so I drive in the general direction while hubby calls on his cell to see where we can get in.

After reading this thread, I am now pondering if I should change a thing or two with our ADRs :rolleyes1 :rotfl:

Don't forget to check with Guest Services each day while you are there if there is a ressie you really wanted and couldn't get. Our trips are always at least 10 days long and something always comes up where we have to cancel at least one. We have cancelled Ohana, CRT, and Chef Mickey's while there, opening it up for someone else. We had truly intended to keep the reservation, but illness, schedule changes or just being unable to eat one more big meal have caused us to cancel. I was able to get my HDDR changed by guest services once I was there even though I had been unsuccessful trying and calling before we left ( got it moved from 9:00 to 7:00 o'clock show)
