Must see for wdw vet

So the family is heading on a trip out west and we will be visiting DL from December 15-19. We are WDW vets with many trips under our belt but have only been on a one day trip to DL 4 years ago.

We plan on of course hitting every ride. What we are most interested in is experiencing some of the must do attractions that are not rides, for instance Walt's apartment. What are some other attractions we must see?

Also, for the holidays what are some must do's? We are definitely riding everything with holiday overlays/theming. What about shows?

Holiday theming on shows applies to World of Color Winter Dreams, the DL fireworks and the DL holiday parade.

There are also special small holiday shows at DL and DCA including the new DCA Christmas tree lighting ceremony.

Rides with holiday theming are IASW, HM and JC. All are worth doing.

Do you want to see Walt's apartment from Main Street or up close (which require signing up for a tour)?

As for other attractions you will want to see...

Fantasmic! is better at DL
Indiana Jones
POTC and Space Mtn (both much better at DL)
Fantasyland - more rides and better theming at DL although MK's New FantasyLand has made things more even in some ways

At DCA
Aladdin show - better than any WDW stage show
CarsLand and RSR
CA Screamin
