Must Order at Aulani?

We are headed to Aulani at the end of the month and have reservations for 'AMA'AMA, Makahiki (breakfast & dinner) & the Ka Wa'A LU'AU. I was wondering if there was a specific meal or food item at one or all of those restaurants that stood out and is a must order! Thanks

Battered cauliflower florets are amazing
Maui onion rings
Karaage chicken
Todays catch tacos
Butchers favorite burger

Off the hook : Korean garlic chicken if on the menu
Huli huli chicken

Ulu: Portuguese sausage breakfast flatbread

Makahiki
Breakfast: portions are huge!
Kalua pig omlet is amazing
Eggs benedict
Loco moco is huge and messy but good
Puma lily sweet bread French toast is really good as well
Dinner - not as good as breakfast but still good, the dinner menus are missing that local touch of ingredients. roasted chicken breast and the NY strip were good.

Honestly, I fell in love with the food at Ulu Cafe and poolside more than anywhere else at Aulani. The battered cauliflower florets on the poolside menu get my vote hands down and if you like seafood, get the poke bowls at Ulu Cafe or Olelo Room! Also, the 4 Seasons is right next to you and I heard Mina's Fish House is really good. If you are going to travel offsite, my favorite meal was at Konos in Haleiwa North Shore. It is a tiny whole in the wall local place specializing in Kalua pork. My mouth is watering just thinking about it lol. I hope you have a great vacation!

I love the buttermilk pancakes at Makahiki breakfast. I’ve never done makahiki dinner or ama ama. I can't remember if there was a must eat item at luau.

My husband is obsessed with the poke bowls from Ulu. He said the fish was melt-in-your-mouth fresh. I think he had one almost every day for lunch.
