Trail's End we have to do every trip.

For Table Service:
MK: Don't have a "must do" but Be Our Guest is our favorite

For Counter Service:
MK: Cosmic Ray's and Columbia Harbor House
Epcot: Tangerine Cafe
DHS: Don't have one and usually try to avoid eating counter service if possible here - not hard with how we love the table service restaurants
AK: Resaurantosaurus

We also always do a character breakfast at one of the resorts on our departure day. Chef Mickey's and 'Ohana were our favorites but we discovered Minnie's Beach Bash at Cape May this past July and are pretty hooked on that place. Wait, what am I saying? One of the things we loved so much about it was how laid back and uncrowded it was! I meant to say that Minnie's Beach Bash was terrible. Absolutely terrible. No one should ever eat there. Now maybe it will stay calm and not crowded. ;)

Our Must-Do is Narcoossee's. We love it. We skipped it last year in favor of Artist Point. While we loved AP, our dear Narcoossee's was sorely missed.

We're constantly rotating restaurants. Last year we started a new tradition: we never eat at a restaurant more than two consecutive years. We go every year for Christmas, so this allows us to change things up and experience new places. If we like a place, we'll do it again the following year, but then we try something new.

Other than Narcoossees, we always:
- Dine at one breakfast buffet. Two years ago we did Tusker House; Last year we did Cape May; this year is Crystal Palace.
- We pretty much rotate two years at 'Ohana; two years at Boma
- We always had this strange infatuation with Contempo Cafe. We love the food selection, but this year we're trying other QS/TS places (especially with all the new additions at DS)
- We always take one day to eat around the world. With a Signature, we have to skip a TS one day or pay OOP. We usually have one day where we just eat around the world in EPCOT.
- We always do a lunch at Boardwalk Bakery. It's a great value on the DDP

As for snacks:
- I always do a Tipsy Duck in Love.
- We always get croissant donuts

In no particular order:

House of Blues at Disney Springs
O'hana at Polynesian
Prime Time 50's at Hollywood Studios

Before we lived here, these were the spots we always hit at least once when we visited in order of our favourites.

Victoria & Albert's Chef's Table
Le Chefs de France
Yachtsman
Le Cellier
Fulton's Crabhouse
Flying Fish
Via Naploi
50's Prime Time Cafe
Sci Fi Drive In
San Angel Inn

My list of must-dos changes with each trip. It hinges on the parks we are visiting and the resort where we are staying so that we aren't spending massive amounts of time getting to/from dining.

Here's my must-do list for late October 2016:

Les Halles in France
Tangierine Cafe in Morocco
California Grill Lounge in the Contemporary
Citricos Lounge in the Grand Floridian
Trader Sam's Tiki Terrance at the Poly
Boma
And as many of the booths as we can manage at Food & Wine Festival

Honorable mentions that are often in our lineup that just won't fit the plans this time:
'Ohana
Biergarten
Cape May Seafood Buffet
Boardwalk Bakery
Flame Tree BBQ
Chef Mickey's
Wolfgang Puck Express

MK
Be Our Guest
Crystal Palace

Epcot
Biergarten

AK
Tusker House
Flame Tree BBQ

Grand Floridian
1900 Park fare - dinner

Poly
O'Hanas

Contemporary
The Wave
Chef Mickey's

Yc/BC
beaches and Cream

Dolphin
Fresh - Breakfast

AKL
Boma
Jiko
sanaa

alot of people really enjoy BOG but it wasn't really for us, we done it, found it ok but not in a hurry to go back, same with SC-fi dine in.

Our shortlist includes:
Victoria and Albert's (if we can swing it)
