What is a must eat restaurant at -

Magic Kingdom
Hollywood Studios
Animal Kingdom

Also, is Chef Mickey's really worth the high price?

Hollywood Studios is PrimeTime at MK it is Main Street Bakery.
When we first went to Chef Mickeys in 2001 it was definately worth it. The last few times the food wasn't so good but I think you have to consider the characters and whayt they are worth.

Magic Kingdom
. . . Pecos Bill

Hollywood Studios
. . . Starring Rolls

Animal Kingdom
. . . Flame Tree BBQ

Also, is Chef Mickey's really worth the high price?
. . . for characters, absolutely yes
. . . for food, definitely not

IN MK...no must eat ats. We eat at Wave in Contemporary, or California Grill.

IN AK...we love Yak and Yeti for lunch.

IN HS...no must eat ats. WE snack and then enjoy a wonderful dinner at Blue Zoo or IL Mulino (Dolphin and Swan)

Chef MIckeys, yuck, highly over rated, dirty and disgusting.

In MK....for lunch The Plaza, dinner we head over to Hoop Dee Do or California Grill
In HS....Brown Derby
In AK...lunch Flame tree or Rainforest Cafe , dinner we head to AKL for Boma

Magic Kingdom - Cosmic Ray's. What can I say, I love the guy who sings, but for the Toppings bar, Pecos Bill's.

Hollywood Studios - Nothing great to eat there - Probably 50's Prime Time for the theming

Animal Kingdom - Pizzafari, I guess

Also, is Chef Mickey's really worth the high price? There's a lot of CM-hate on this board, but it's one of my faves in all of Disney. It's a must-do on every trip and I'm 25! Have never found it dirty nor disgusting, there is a great variety of food that should please even the pickiest eaters, the characters are great and they have an awesome ice cream sundae bar!

At Animal Kingdom, we absolutely loved Tusker House for breakfast. Plenty of choices, great food and it's a character meal. We were less than impressed with Chef Mickey's when we ate there for dinner. We haven't tried the breakfast there though. Yak & Yeti was also very good at AK.

At Hollywood Studios, I have found 50s Prime Time to be the best out of the options there. However, I would rather just not eat at this park. There are way better choices out there!

At Magic Kingdom, we enjoy Crystal Palace. I have eaten there for both breakfast and dinner. I just wouldn't book more than one buffet for dinner. We found that the food is good but similar from one to the next.

As for counter services, we used to love Pizzfari at AK until they took the chicken parm sandwiches away, lol. However, my daughter likes the pizza there. At MK, we like Pinnochio Village Hous but that is more for the atmosphere than anything. We like the food at Cosmic Rays too. We do not like the counter service at Hollywood Studios. Most days, we prefer to eat lunch at our resort.

Hope this helps!

MK - Liberty Tree Tavern
HS - 50s Prime Time Cafe
AK - Yak & Yeti

Epcot - Coral Reef

In MK....I would go with Chrystal Palace
In HS....50's Prime Time
In AK...Flame Tree BBQ for lunch

MK is for sure The Plaza Restaurant.
DHS is Primetime (only because of the lack of good restaurants here.. they really do need more there)
AK we always do Rainforest because of the whole animal/habitat theme. The food is not the tastiest of the trips, but I truly do not like to eat a heavy meal each and every single day when we travel.

We ate at CM last year around 9:00 in the evening and we did not find it to be dirty or disgusting at all. The food was slightly above average and the character interactions were good. We loved seeing Minnie! The sundae toppings were great. When I asked my kids this week (DD3 and DD6) where they definitely wanted to eat, that was the must do.

MK - Crystal Palace
AK - Tusker House breakfast
No suggestions for DHS. We did Sci-Fi and it was ok.

Are you talking quick service or table service? I'll give you both for us:

Magic Kingdom -- Cosmic Rays (QS), Crystal Palace (breakfast only) (TS) or Plaza (lunch or dinner) (TS)

Hollywood Studios -- no quick service for us -- we find them all awful, Sci Fi (lunch) or Mama Melrose (lunch or dinner) (TS)

Animal Kingsom -- Flame Tree Barbecue (QS), Yak & Yeti (TS)

Magic Kingdom - CP (a must every trip for the whole family)
Animal Kingdom - Tusker House breakfast buffet - another must for every trip.
HS - My husband and I love Brown Derby but Hollywood and vine character meal is a must for our son.

CM - for me and my husband this place is not worth it for the meal but for the character experience is worth it to us to see the joy in our son face. If you are asking is it worth it for food - no but it is worth it for the character experience - yes. If our son did not request to come back to this place then we would never go back but since he requested for us to have a meal here then we will return

MK: Tony's
DHS: Mama Melrose
AK: Yak & Yeti

As for Chef Mickey's, it's a must for us every trip. Our favorite foods there? The dessert station!! So good! Plus, it's just so much fun meeting Mickey, Minnie, and everyone.

For me
Magic Kingdom Cosmic Rays
Animal Kingdom Yak and Yeti
Hollywood Studios Sci Fi, I haven't tried 50's prime time as I think the teasing would be a bit too much for me maybe a bit to british for it.
