1) pretty much anything in Fantasyland...Peter pan, Winnie the Pooh, etc...TONS to do for a 2yr old in Fantasyland
2) if he/she isn't afraid of characters, then try a popular character meal that usually has a short wait or make ADR. Crystal Palace is good because it keeps you in MK with lots to see if you do have a wait.
3) we always go in the fall so i have no experience in water parks
4) & 5) we did legoland in California..2yrs old may be a little young, but still great memories for adults to have with a 2yr old.
6) I have no idea
