It's so hard when you're with someone
Your heart breaks and it ain't no fun
But I gotta take that risk tonight

For someone to love me (For someone to love me)

The saddest music I know....the opening soundtrack to Plattoon...makes me cry and depressed....going to bed. Adiago for strings. adieu sweet nation.

Music to my ears, in addition to the always constant TINNITUS, is the hum of our 20+yo refrigerator still working especially since it has been giving off some weird thumping noises.

Sounds like ^^^ needs some Bobby McFerrin

Same here - have some Christmas With Conniff playing because I am tired of the TV tonight.

So great to hear I’m not the only one who likes the Ray Conniff singers!! ☺️ I literally spent every Christmas as a child with the Coniff Christmas songs playing! My mom had two tapes and would play them both first (when we decorated or opened gifts), before we listened to any other Christmas music! I still love listening to them today! ❤️

I like a lot of the older Christmas music. When we went to my maternal grandparent’s house, there was always Bing Crosby or Perry Como Christmas music playing. Mom had just the one Christmas album, Christmas With Conniff, and we would listen to that all day, every day, during Christmas break. I still have her vinyl, but no way to play it, so I listen to a CD instead. I haven’t put the Christmas tree up yet, but I did get out the wreath I hang above the fireplace and put that up Sunday.
