My soon to be hubs wants to walk in to the Star Wars ThemeNow I don't feel so bad... how did yours go over?
Thank you! I did think about having the SW theme played by the violinist or organist so that it wasn't so obvious. I may just do that!Actually it went over really well! Because it was on strings it took our guests a few to realize what song it was (I purposely did not list it in the program), but from what I saw in a video everyone starting chuckling and commenting on what a joker DH is and how much that fits his personality. We picked that song inparticular b/c DH is 11 yrs older than me and thought he'd always be a bachelor (then I came along!) SO him finally biting the bullet & getting married just made that song fit!
Choosing to stick a "fun" song is great because:
1. it provides levity at what can be a tense, formal time.
2. it's a great memory
3. Why Not?!? It's your wedding!!
