mkay, what you have to do is
1. stop making guy oriented threads
2. add weight to whatever you are lifting right now. add like 10 pounds or whatever you can still lift with some struggle.

any guys on here know much about bulking up.
im trying to gain a little weight fr football next year.
heres myproblem.
i way 160 pounds, and im pretty strong, but i cant put on a pound to save my life. im looking to put on about 2-4 inches on my arms and 4 or 5 on my chest
i tried protein shakes and that did about nothing.
ive heard creatine works well. buts its pricey.
anyone know anything?.

seriously tho i havnt actually gone in two years and all i do it lift 5 pound weights like once a week and i still beat all the people in my class at arm wrestling, even the football players
