He was crushed by the Stitch spitting statue that, until this very moment, stood above the entrance to World of Disney in Downtown Disney's Marketplace. A headband was placed on his head, with the words "yrp niad" printed on them. Although he was also dressed as a female salsa dancer, so it might not be that significant. Nevertheless, if you know something, contact Park Management.

Today, we took the Horned King in for questioning on the murders. He's actually been working in the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Magic Kingdom. He said he wanted to work in the Pirates League, but he didn't get the job. He also says it's strictly a part-time job until he finds a cauldron of some sort, so he take rule the world with his undead army. I left at that point... But if you want the Hannah Montana look, then he's the guy to turn to!
