It's fine, it took me a while to figure it out as well

First save the image to your computer by right clicking on the picture and then clicking "save"
Then use an image hosting site such as www.photobucket.com or www.tinypic.com.
Then go to user cp in the top left of the Dis.
Click edit signature (or avatar) and then enter the URL of the image.
