I did quite a few interviews yesterday, August 20th, and this morning, the 21st. Toy Story Midway Mania and Rockin' Roller Coaster seem to be the most likely spots for the next murder. When asked if they'd go back on Tower of Terror or the Great Movie Ride after waht happened, responses were everywhere. Ray said, " Sho' would! Our friends wouldn' wan' us t' be stuck on de past, no! Dey'd wan' us to have fun in de parks still, so dat what I'm gonna do fo' sho!" and Jasmine agreed, saying, " Of course I will. I agree with Ray on this one. Our friends who died would want us to continue having fun, not have us avoiding things out of fear." However, some people disagreed. Nala exclaimed, " Oh no! I couldn't ever go back to a place where my friends died!" and Melody agreed, saying, " I don't think so, it'd just feel all wrong." The general consensus is it's too impossible to tell whose head is on the chopping block, so to speak, but it seems everyone thinks it'll be someone talkative. A detective explained, " I'm not sure, but I think it will be one of the talkative people, I'm sticking with that theory."
As far as the clues are concerned, there weren't many changes in their thinking. One detective told me, " Somebody's got his eye on us, that's for sure. We all must watch ourselves, especially around musical people." Everyone also agrees that there isn't a discernable pattern to the murders, but as Adella pointed out, " Both of them involved falling or something falling on someone."
Interview with a Madman?
I had a rather unique opportunity to see into the twisted mind of the murderer. I wrote some questions on a piece of paper this morning, but I lost it. I later found it taped to the Tower of Terror sign when I was looking for clues. The questions were answered with cut-up letters from magazines. Here's what was on the paper.
-What do the clues mean to you?
I know what the clues mean. They're so easy to figure out.
-Are there any characters you think are next in line?
Of course I do, but that's for us to know, and you to figure out!
-Do you know anything about the murderer that I don't?
No.
-Is there a certain murder pattern, do you think?
I honestly don't know.
Not the most helpful answers, I know, but it's better than nothing.
Park Management Shares a few Words
I also had the opportunity to interview the Park Manager. Here's how the conversation went.
KP:: Why did you pick the detectives you did?
PM:: I picked them because I thought they'd be able to solve these murders.
KP:: How close are you to solving the murders?
PM:: I'm not gonna lie, we're not too close.
KP:: Have you sent your condolences to the friends and family of those murdered?
PM:: No... haha...
KP:: Who do you suspect?
PM:: I don't want to accuse any of my Park Guests, but... maybe... hmm...
I wish that I would've had more time to talk to them, but I didn't.
Hopefully, something written anywhere in this article is beneficial to helping to catch the murderer.
