Multiple time windows for Illuminations FP+?

Are there typically multiple time windows for Illuminations FP? A couple of weeks ago I was only able to get one FP for July 4th, but I was finally just able to get the four more I needed. However, I just noticed my original FP was for 9:40-9:55, but the other four are for 9:30-9:50. Is this typical, or maybe just to spread out the arrival of guests since it's such a busy night?

I'm sure you are correct about spreading out the FP holders. The CM will allow you to enter with the others in your group.
