Multiple Rooms on One AP Discount?

I'm not sure if this is the best area of the forum in which to post this question, but hopefully someone who's had experience with this will see it and be able to help me.

I'm an AP holder and am taking my extended family to WDW in December. If I'm the only AP holder in the group, can I get three rooms in my name so I can use my AP discount on all three of the rooms? (Or, conversely, will they register the rooms in the names of the people who are actually staying in the other two and they won't qualify for the AP discount?)

Yes, you can get up to 3 rooms with 1 AP. I have 2 reserved for December with mine (well, the 1 that I plan to purchase!)
