So for my ideal night of resort/dining/entertainment hopping I need to get from POP to the Wilderness for dinner at the Roaring Forks, Wilderness to Port Orleans French Quarter for beingets, POFQ to Poly for the electrical water pageant and wishes, and then back to POP for the night. Give me the best bus/boat/monorail way to do this! I had it all figured out until I added POFQ in there, now I have no clue.

Pop to WL: bus to MK, boat to WL, or if the WL bus is there grab it.
WL to POFQ: boat to MK, bus POFQ.
POFQ to Poly: bus to MK, boat to Poly (drops you closer to the beach).

I wouldn't use DTD as a hub at night, or Epcot or HS if it's near the time one of the nighttime shows lets out, or AK because it'll probably be closed and buses infrequent if at all, really.

Wait, when are you going because the Poly beach is closed for refurbishment (as is most of the resort itself), and will be for quite some time.

Most of your plans seem to be in the MK area, with the exception of dessert. I'm assuming POFQ beingets are a family tradition? I'm all for pastries, too, but that side trip is going to take you 90-120 minutes.

If there's a dessert option at one of the MK resorts that would be a suitable substitute, that would make for a much simpler transportation.

The famous 'Ohana bread pudding dessert is also available at Tambu Lounge...

Artist Point's Cobbler is available at Territory Lounge...

Citrico's Warm Chocolate-Banana Torte is available at Mitzner's Lounge...

or a reservation at Grand Floridian Cafe for their Dessert Sampler?

No? You might want to consider a cab between Wilderness Lodge and POFQ. The $13 will get you there in about 10 minutes.

While I do think this sounds like fun, I would probably just spring for a taxi and save the time. In general, you have to allow a fair amount of time to get from one place to the next. For example, they say allow up to 45 minutes for each leg of a journey. So it could be 45 minutes to get the bus from Pop to MK, and then another 45 minutes to get from MK to WL. It would only take 45 minutes if you just missed the bus/boat and had to wait for the next one or if you had to wait for multiple buses/boats before you could board. However, as the PP said, I would probably use the MK as a "hub" and then take the buses or boats accordingly.
