Planning our next trip 11/04 and I have a few question.

1. We will be 3 adults, ds(5), dd(2 1/2), ds(4months) would be be able to stay in a moderate hotel.

2. What is the weather/crowds like in November?

3. Looks like we will only be doing the MK, what is the lowest php we can get?

4. Would it be better to rent points from a DVC member to have a bigger unit?

Thank you for any answers or advice you have.

As this is not our first trip, things just get confusing when you add another baby and you MIL to your vacations.:D

you *may* be able to fit at a moderate, but it'd be a tight squeeze. Some come w/a trundle bed,and your little one could go in a pack and play, but then your mil would have to share a bed w/a child.(unless 2 could fit in a trundle.)You may want to look into adjoining rooms or a Wilderness home for a little more room.

Nov. is nice weather wise. Still warm, but not as humid. Don't know about crowds. Don't know about your next question.

I'd think it'd probably be better to rent the DVC points to get, say,a 1 bdrm or 2 bdrm unit.At least that way not everyone would be sleeping in the same room, you'd have a kitchen, etc. We stayed at OKW in Jan w/our 2 kids and the inlaws and it was very nice. Very roomy, and nice. We had a 2bdrm,,the inlaws had the master, and the 4 of us had the 2nd bdrm which was huge. I'd either try for a Wilderness home,,or for renting dvc points.

The lowest PHP is a 5 day PHP. However, the lowest PH you can get from Disney is 4 days. This is without the plus options, which means it does not include any admissions to the water parks or PI. I believe Alamo MAY have a three day hopper available.
