Multiple parties under same reservation - how to manage?

Six of us will be traveling together and staying in one room/reservation. The group comprises of a family of 4 and 2 separate individuals. We will be getting the dining plan. The 2 individuals will each have her own credit card linked to her own magic bands. Will the dining credits be assigned to each band by person? Or all pooled together? Also, since 18% gratuity will be added to our party of 6... can each pay for their own? Or do we have to request 3 different checks? Thanks!

They are pooled, so you need to make sure everyone understands how it works and how many credits they have. If you're not all together all day, you'll want to do a daily or every other day check to see who has used what credits.

When you're all together, you'll need to ask for 3 separate checks. The 18% should be added to each check according to what they ordered.
