Multiple Excursions - timing and booking

I know this question has been asked before but I couldn't find the answer using search...

I tried to book two excursions for one day. One is to end at 2:15 and the other is to start at 3:30 but the online system won't let me book both. Is it possible to phone and book anyway? We really want to do both!

I don't know if phoning will help or not. I do know that the DCL website will not let you book two excursions that it feels will conflict. I think the time difference has to be 1 1/2 hours (maybe 2).
