Multiple cp's

Anyone here done more than two CP's? Not PI? I am wondering if they look at you differently during the interview process. Applying for my third.

I would hope they'd look at you differently, in a good way I mean. If you've done two already and you haven't done anything wrong, you obviously care about the place and your job so yeah, just my opinion. My former roommate is on his 3rd right now, he's never been denied and has done 3 different jobs.

I'm currently on my 6th CP. I would assume doing multiple CPs help your chances applying again

I just applied (and was accepted for) my 3rd program. The interview consisted mainly of questions about my prior programs and what I experienced. For example, she asked me to name a difficult guest situation and how I handled it. She only asked me questions about my top choice role. I heard back in less than 2 weeks.
