Contracts which are titled the same and have the same UY will appear under the same membership. If they are different home resorts, those points cannot be combined to make a reservation until the 7-month booking window opens. At that point, you lose your home resort advantage and "a point is a point" regardless of where its home resort is.
Contracts which are titled the same but have different UYs will appear under one DVC account but with different membership numbers. This is true whether they are the same home resort or different resorts. You cannot combine points from those contracts but you can transfer those points from one membership to another. Transferred points retain their home resort and UY. If the contracts are for the same home resort, the points can be used to make a reservation at the home resort as early as 11 months prior to arrival. If they are from different resorts, the only reason to transfer the points from one membership to another would be to use them 7 months or less prior to arrival.
Yes, multiple home resorts. The home resort 11 month priority stays with the points for each contract, at 7 months you can combine all the points for a reservation. If you title all exactly the same, name address... you will have 1 member number.
We have 6 BLT contracts that when used together gives us 300 points. We also other contracts of different sizes and 6 total home resorts for 11 month booking at each.
Maximum flexibility, 11 month booking, favorite resorts, what more could we ask for.

If you have a 200 pt BCV contract and a 50 pt SSR contract and want to book BCV at 11 months out, you can only use pts from the BCV contract. The SSR pts would stay on the sideline until the 7 month window. If you wanted to book SSR or THV at the 11 month window, you similarly cannot use the BCV pts until the 7 month window.
If your pts are combined under one membership, you can easily pool the pts together at the 7 month window to book whatever is available. If your contracts have different UY months or are otherwise not combined under one membership, you may need to book 2 stays separately and ask MS to link them.
