multiple charges from buying tickets on May 1st

I bought my MNSSHP tickets on May 1st. I was told the computer was down and that I would have to call back, that my credit card wouldn't be charged. I called back, ordered the tickets, and NOW I have 2 orders from Disney for the tickets and another one pending. The machine's are really messing up!


I better get my money back even though they are nonrefundable!

I'm sure you'll be able to straighten that out. A lot of times pending charges will never complete. They are put in there when a merchant almost verifies that the money is available then it is earmarked. If they don't "complete" that transaction the money won't be deducted. They have 7 days. So, I'd just keep an eye on it.

apparently the cm did not clear her screen and charged my card for another guest's tickets -
