Hello all: Planning a trip with another family. We are arriving on a Thursday, they're arriving on Saturday. We're doing Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds in the parks together.

Re: multipass bookings. I can purchase a few days before them, since we check in earlier. Should I grab our 3 pre-booked LLs for each park day right away, then attempt to modify to include them once their 7-day window opens and they've purchased their multipass? Or should I wait until their 7 day window, we both purchase at the same time, and I book all LLs together?

WWYD?

We have extended family that is checking in the day after us and I plan to wait to book all of ours on the same day.

Having said that; how close are the friends, how positive are you that there's no chance they cancel; are you all positive you'll want to tour the majority of time together at the parks? 2 days is just a lot in terms of being able to book. I think in this circumstance I would book ours on Thursday and then book theirs on Sat. to hope for overlapping times. although that may not be likely for some. - In that case maybe you can just book any time for them and then go in and try to modify as much as possible?

I would book the days you’re on your own on the Thursday then the ones you’re spending together on Saturday. I think it would take more time Sat trying yo find times that overlap as opposed to booking fresh for everyone and when booking LL, time is of the essence.

We're not doing any park days on our own, only the 4 we're planning along with them - the rest are shopping/resort days for us.
