Multi Room reservations

I am going to be attempting to reserve three seperate rooms using my points at my 11 month mark here in a couple weeks. Does anyone have any tips or experience with multi room reservations or the best way to go about this? Do I need to add all occupants when I make the reservation or can I call later and add them so I can save time to snag the other reservations as quickly as possible with online booking? I have never had any problems with our past normal one room reservations but im sure this is another ball game! TIA

You'll have three separate reservations. Just put the main person for each reservation and it will need to be three different people. Then, sent MS an email with the names of all the guests in the three villas by reservation number.

make it easy on yourself. If your doing it on line your name is all ready listed for booking because your the owner. Just book all 3 rooms (1 at a time) with just your name to save time. People will tell you that can't be done but I do it all the time. I just got done last month (NOV) booking 4 rooms 11 months out for OCT with just my name on line. I just added the names on the rooms the first week of week (DEC). I had 3 studios and a 2 bedroom booked with just my name
