Got my best workout in while. 6 mile bike and 2 mile run back - back in just under 40 mins. Running after getting off a 6 mile bike ride really suxs!

Last night I ran .50 miles and walked 1 mile. It felt better this time. My legs are not sore today and I feel good. I also worked out this morning (normal routine). I am getting pumped for this race. It should be fun!

Hi Dave. Hope your having a wonderful time! I got out last night for a run before the heavy rain hit. I'm glad I got out because I needed it.

I know that I needed it. I am going to change it up tonight and go swimming at the Natatorium and then go for a run. Woo Hoo!

I gotta get ready to swim past Paul in the mud pit so I can launch a frontal attack.

Last night we increased the distance by 25%. When we made the choice, I thought I was going to die. Afterward, I felt like I could have gone farther. I think that is good news? Starting Monday I am going to go to the gym before work and hit up yoga afterward. Its crunch time fellas. 5 weeks and counting!
