Is there a way to enlarge the Muddy Buddy GKTW logo so I could create an iron-on transfer for a t-shirt? This would be my first attempt at doing this.
thanks!! I think the first time Corey posted it, it looked pretty big, but I can't even find that one.

Hi Lois,
Here's the link to the large version of the logo Corey produced. He did a great job BTW!

I'm certainly no expert at editing images, but I think if you place the logo in a software package like photoshop or some other imaging software you should be able to manipulate and resize it.

Maybe somebody else with some experience could assist?

thanks Aaron!! that's the first step.
I'm afraid the "pixels" will mess up the picture (I'm totally not good at this).

Maybe enlarging it on a color copier - anyone?

follow up - I just tried enlarging it on our copier at work - no good, it's that pixel problem.
maybe I'll try regular size and see what happens.

Hi, I just tried saving it to the PC and I opened it using Microsoft Office Picture Manager, I then changed the zoom to 300% and it looked ok (that is on the screen anyway). Try a photo editing programme and print on paper first just incase!

I'll keep trying! If I'm getting up and going to the Muddy Buddy challenge at 6:45 am, I want to wear a support "my" team T-shirt!!

I think I'm going to try this out, too. I bought some transfer paper the other day. I'll let you know how it turns out, you do the same.

If I weren't going to be up to my eyebrows in mud, I'd be full of pep and spirit fingers!!

Ditto!
BTW...Thank you for the contribution Lois! :)

just curious - how many people are planning on cheering the team on?

I will be there if I can find a way to get there with my scooter!

We can try to scope it out for you Friday night Bill. I don't know the layout of WWS very well. Didn't get that way very often.

I did have a nice view of it from my hospital room in Celebration though.:goodvibes

Just a lil help with the iron ons....

You will want to wash your shirt before applying the iron on. But do not use any fabric softener! Washing the shirt helps take out the sizing (i guess the starch?) and washing helps the iron on last longer.

Also in my experience the iron ons for colored fabric seem to work well, and are the best quality. All my iron ons for light fabrics always cracked after or during 1st wear. Good Luck! :laundy:
