I just booked an October trip (during MEA) on Northwest non-stop for $226.90 total. It will really be a treat to go non-stop for once!! :cool1:

No kidding! My friend is planning to go that week too...she's beewn watching NWA flights...she's in Bemidgi right now otherwise I'd let her know! Hope the flights are still good tomorrow night!

Bemidji, that is my neck of the woods, sort of. I grew up 60 miles east in Grand Rapids.

Have a good trip!

Wow, that is amazing for MEA week. I bought mine at Suncountry awhile back, but paid about $70 more than that. Oh well.

The week we want to go in Feb is showing about $216 on Sun Country. Not bad! I was estimating $300 a piece.

Sun Country has had some competitive prices lately. If I hadn't had a voucher on NWA that I needed to use before it expired, I would have booked Sun Country for this upcoming trip. As it is, NWA dropped their 7am flight to MCO and unless they bring it back and at a better price, I'll be pleased to fly Sun Country at 615am.

I am flying the 615am flight in two weeks. Their early am flight does fluctuate depending on day of the week, though. Right now, Fri-Mon it leaves at 815am, while Tues-Thurs it is 615. Last August we left at 700am... and the 615am was originally scheduled as a 730am..... it is still early am, but not always that early.

I love Sun Country, especially now that they have advance seat assignment.

That is a great rate! We paid $288 four months ago for MEA weekend on NWA.

Hey, dudspizza, I grew up in the suburbs of Grand Rapids, (Deer River/Cohasset)!

We have two trips booked through SunCountry - one in August and one in November. Both originally left at 6:15a and they've both changed to 8:00a. Not too bad but we were really excited about being there by 10:30a. Those NWA prices look great. Wonder if I can talk DH into an October trip....

MickeyMagic, I jumped on that fare also! I probably could have waited it out like in years past, you found that $153 on Delta for us last year, but for a non-stop with the flight times we wanted we just couldn't pass it up. And we're taking a late flight on the Sunday the 23rd so that will give us an extra half day at WDW! Now I can take a few months off till I start searching for MEA 2006!
