MSN/Hotmail question about new accounts, please help me.

I went to sign my son up for a new hotmail account and we can't access the new inbox without buying the $29.95 larger account. What am I doing wrong? Thanks. My own old account is free!

I don't use hotmail so I can't help you here. I would look around in the options area they should have for your account and see if there is something there to check or un-check to get it to that. If you don't see anything then I would use your e-mail and contact them to find out why. Good luck!

There should be a place where you can click on the free account, keep looking, I missed it the first time too.
