MSEP FP for Feb?

Does anyone know if they've opened the FP+ for MSEP for the beginning of February yet? I keep checking and I don't know how to tell if they are all used up or if they just haven't been released yet.

I am waiting too. I don't think Feb is open yet. When I look in Jan, the MSEP says closed or standby only, so I think it just hasn't been made available for Feb yet...
