MSEP and Wishes times

We had planned to be at MK on Sat Sept 24th in the evening to catch MSEP. At the time we made the plan the website was showing no parade on the Wed Sept 21st (EMH 8-11). Now the website has updated and on the Wednesday it lists EMH 9-11, MSEP at 9 that night and wishes at 8? Does that sound right to everyone? Fireworks before the parade? We were planning on being at MK on the Wednesday anyway but I will rework Saturday night if we will have already seen MSEP.

There have been multiple nights at MK with the fireworks happening before the parade.
