MSEP and BOG

What is the latest you would schedule BOG if you are also trying to see the MSEP, assuming the parade is at 9PM? Right now I have a 5:30PM reservation for a large party, but some of our group feel it is too early for dinner. Considering that we may a) not find anything else later at BOG and b) will try for but won't necessarily get fast passes for the parade I'd prefer to leave things as-is and not stress over it (and personally I am thrilled to get a BOG reservation at all!). But I have promised to keep an eye out and change to a later reservation if I see one, but also don't want to make it so late that we struggle with the parade due to delays in being seated, food taking a while to come out, etc.

A 530 reservation in my experience will have you seated about 545-550, by the time the waiter comes, serves drinks and takes your order it'll be about 610-615. Served food and out in about an hour from there 715-730
