MS Works

I'm trying to walk my bosses wife through something, and I'm not sure what the problem is. Unfortunately, she is struggling with a MS Works issue, and I don't have that installed on my computer, nor am I familiar with it. I thought maybe someone here could help.....

She has created a "calendar", but when she tries to print it or even preview it, only one page of six shows up. In the document itself, she sees all six, but in print preview only one. I'm guessing it's a print area problem, but I don't even know if Works has that option or not. Can anyone venture a guess as to what the solution may be?
