MS Question?

I closed on Thursday and was told by resale to call MS to find out if it was transferred.

Does anyone know what part of MS do I talk too. There were many options when I called. Should I just talk to a reservation specialist or another section.

It will most likely be a week or more after your closing to be in the DVC computer system and able to make reservations.

The member services phone options can be a challenge for new members, but I would go with the options for "booking at DVC resorts", and if you are just cecking on whether you are in the system, but don't want to actually make a reservation, call in the afternoons, and don't call at all all on a Monday, as Mondays are always busy at MS.

That is good advice. Do you know what the hours are or better yet what time they close down the reservation center?

9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. EST on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. EST on Thursdays; and from 1-5 p.m. EST on Saturdays.
