MS opening hours and a points query.

We are away from home at the moment and I forgot to check opening hours for Member Services before we left, can someone help me out please?

Also, if I borrow from next year to make a reservation, but have to cancel, do these points go back to their user year or have to stay in this current year?

I have tried looking on DVC website, but just get lost!!!

9 to 5:30 EST. They will stay in the current UY.

MS is open from 9am to 5:30pm eastern time 7 days a week. Closed for major holidays.

Borrowed points would stay in the UY that the reservation falls in.
