I have sent to emails to the "Member Satisfaction Manager" in the last 3 weeks and still have received no response. Has anyone been able to communicate with the new Manager?
 
<font face="times" size="+0">I've had the same experience. I think she only recently started her position (Carli?) and maybe she's completely swamped.
Still, it'd be nice if the response time wasn't 3 weeks or longer.

I'm also curious if anyone has actually successfully corresponded with Carli yet.</font>
