I had just made a reservation doing the day by day and member services said they will talk to me tomorrow which is Saturday. Was this just a slip of the tongue or are they open on Saturday?

I think the CM was having burnout from the busy week. They won't be open until Monday.....when folks will be booking for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Good luck hitting that redial!
