MS Hours?

I should know this, but I forgot and can't find it on the official site. What are the operating hours of MS and is the 9800 the best number to use? I seem to remember another number that could be used (not toll free).

MS is open 9:00am to 5:30pm eastern time, 7 days a week. They are closed for select major holidays.

The toll free and 407 numbers are on the back of you member card.

I always use the 407 number, but then I'm less an hour away from WDW.
