MS hours - for booking a trip

I am booking my first trip "home" (BLT) tomorrow (9/23). Does anyone know what time member services opens?

Should I expect to be on hold for long? Once I get through does it take long to book? I will be calling from work so I want to be prepared and make sure I have some uninterrupted time.

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST.

Depending upon when you are trying to book for will determine your wait time. For instance, 11 and 7 months before the Christmas holidays the wait can be 30 minutes plus, if you can get through at all. I called today and got through in about a minute.

Total transaction time if your account is correct will be less than 10 minutes. I have had problems that took over a hour before, and they ended up calling me back the next day.
