We used to have a great travel agent for our airline tickets - she moved to Las Vegas.
Then we had a friend who worked in reservations at Delta. She doesn't now.
So - we can find another agent or use member services. What is your experience with MS for airline reservations? Prices? Availability of flights? Choices of airports?
Thanks for any info.

I have had wonderful results using MS for air and car rental ressies. I usually request Delta out of LaGuardia and get the best price available for the dates I want to travel. Remember, usually, the earlier you book the better rate you get. We paid $199.00 round trip for our last trip Thanksgiving week. My folks (who are over 70) paid a senior rate of $179.00. I checked the internet after booking and did not seen anything cheaper. They can also do electronic ticketing which is more convenient. (No ticket to lose.) They have also booked me out of Long Island/Islip on Delta Express. They have all airlines, flights and airports available just ask. They work just like any other travel agent. My advice is go for it.

I've been very pleased with MS and the prices they can get. I'm also a Delta LGA regular and they've always gotten very good prices. They will do whatever you want...certain airlines and/or flights or just look for the cheapest. Same with the car rentals.

Used MS several times to book air and car. They do a great job and get the best deals. (short of going through travelocity, expedia etc...but I don't want to gamble on connections..I want a direct flight!) We too fly delta express and they've always come back with the lowest fares available for the date we wish to fly. They get great rates for National car rental too.

Have a wonderful day!
