Actually it is from a name designer, Rodarte, that did a whole range of Star Wars themed dresses. They are rather tasteful, but this one is probably the best looking with nice colors. I hope it catches on. Certainly better than all the dresses that aren't there. They were shown at Fashion Week 2014 and are by Kate and Laura Mulleavy at Rodarte.

It looks like she took the curtains, tie back sash and bedsheets from a Star Wars bedroom ensemble and just wrapped it up around her. Heck lady gaga even dressed better!!!!!
