Mr. Toad back yet?

I'm just curious if Mr. Toad has returned to the Pet Cemetery at Haunted Mansion. Has anyone been to MK lately who can ease my mind? The rumor is that he was accidentally knocked over and broken.

The poor guy suffers one indignity after another...
