I know you can get Mr potato Head parts by the box at Once Upon A Toy Store. What are some of the other toys you can get like this? I found some info on tinkertoy and lincoln logs. Also price for these would be nice also. Have to admit I'm an over planner. Thanks in advance for any info you can give me. Have a great day!:goodvibes

I personally don't know, but I as well would love to find out. :) I'm an overplanner as well.

I don't think they do the lincoln logs by the box anymore if that is what you mean, if you mean just a lincoln log toy they are far more expensive then just target. They do have the special wilderness lodge, last time I looked, well over a year ago it was $50 or $55.

You can now build a light saber (star wars), it was something like $20. We passed although I know DS would have LOVED it! We just don't need anymore.

My little ponies and potato head boxes are $18. You can also do treasure chests and skulls at the world of disney store, they were $14 and $19 I think. On the other side of the display they now had something about build your own pirate hat, similar to the princess crowns they have had, thinking that was also around $20, although I could see it getting much more expensive as they had other add ons for more money.

Hope this helps!

Just so you know, we were in Disney in January and the price on the Mr. Potato Head and My Little Pony boxes has gone up to $19. Still worth it in my opinion.

You can buy My Little Pony pieces by the box and you can do the same at the Lego store. They have different size containers and the kids can pick and chose which pieces they 'need.' There was also a place they could build a masterpiece and then you could just purchase those by putting it into one of the containers (disassembled of course)!

Is the build your own pirate hat a brown three-cornered hat with a red band that you can add different snap-on patches, emblems, etc., onto? My DS did that at DL last summer - I just may have to bring that hat to DW, even though he hardly wore it!

Also, do they still have the pre-packaged Potato Head parts at Once Upon A Toy? I remember a Pirate pack and a Cowboy pack. If so, I'll need to get them this time.

Thanks!

What type of items are in the treasure chest? How does the build a crown work? Thanks!:goodvibes

Yes, that was the pirate hat idea. Sounds the same. They do have some prepackaged parts still. I noticed the pirate one in the under $10 store, but not in once upon a toy (maybe I didn't look hard enough). I haven't seen the cowboy one in a while, they do have other sets though prepackaged. Holiday ones, a disney one, bday ones and more.

The treasure chest has several little goofy (not the character) items, my son loves them though! Tattoos, coins with Mickey (they are cute), some sort of fake teeth, gross looking eyeballs, wooden dice, jewels. There was more, just can't think of them.

The build a crown I think you get to pick so many larger jewel like things to snap on and some smaller ones, I think you can pick like ones with princesses on them. I don't have a girl so never paid that much attention exactly, maybe someone can be more specific!

Does DTD have the baby/spud potato heads and accessories for the stuff a box? What types of accessories fit the babies?

Thanks!

My favorite is the Legos. You can buy two different sizes and you get to keep as much as you can stuff in them. My DS and DD still laugh about how embarrassed they were when one time I was trying to stuff it a little too full and I dropped it and Legos went EVERYWHERE! My DS yelled "MOM"! I really was embarrassed.

We're taking DD to BBB, so maybe this would be a good special thing for him?

He's 5, and totally against the "cool dude" thing.

We're going to CRT right after and I thought we would let him pick out a hat or something, but he would like the lego more. How far apart are the 2 places?

Thanks!

For the Potato Heads can you get a smaller box and just buy pieces instead of the whole thing? If so how much? We have a million potato heads but not all the pieces and we are missing a few arms. Just wondering.

You can fill the $19 box with just parts, you do not have to buy a head. Many people even recommend buying the head cheap at walmart or target so that there is more room in the box for parts you can only find at disney!

I agree with the posts above. Just pack the box with Potato Head pieces then go to Walmart or Target and get the Potato Head cheaper. It is much easier to fill the box without the head. And another store with Potato Head pieces is in Dinoland USA in Animal Kingdom.

We can't make it to DTD on our trip but will be at MK and MGM. Where can we get Mr. Potato Head parts in these parks? And does one store (in these parks) have a better selection than others? Thanks!

What kind of stuff is available for the my little pony box? What store is that at? We are going in Sept and my dd, who will be 3, is saving quarters in her piggy bank to buy something special. I'm thinking this is perfect. She loves her my little pony, but surprisingly doesn't care for mr. potato head.:confused3
