Are there still those Mr. Potato Head things where you fill up the box with Mr. Potato Head parts and it is one cost?

Also, for those pin collectors, how much do pins run?

Yes, $16.99 to fill up Mr. Potato head box.

Pins begin at $6.95 and go up in price from there.

There are a few places to fill up, but I think the biggest is the toy store in DTD.

Could someone tell me a little more about this? What is it exactly? DD2 loves Mr. Potato head.

cruiserkaren,

At the once upon a toy shop in DTD they have a spot where you can build your own Mr. Potato Head. You get a box think like the boxes that happy meals used to come in, but smaller that you can fit a potato head in and some accessories for him (mickey head balloons, Mickey bars, Mouseketeer hats, all sorts of non disney ones too). You can even just fill a box up full of accessories. They also have this same set up for my little pony as well.

Does anyone know if you can mix the Potato Head parts with the My Little Pony parts in the same box? They go for the same price.

There have been several threads about this, with 3 things I remember;

1. You don't need to get the head in the box, so buy it before the trip.

2. Be careful when you buy things like arms-there are right and left ones.

3. Be aware that the Disney parts might not match up with the non-Disney ones, like maybe the disney hands can't hold something that the non-Disney ones can.

I just remember what I read, can't wait to "fill 'er up" in December.

We are planning on getting parts for Mr. Potato Head. DW is 31 and I will turn 31 when we go in October. We have just a regular Mr. Patato Head and the Darth Tater Patato Head. You can get them both at either WalMart or Target for around 5.00. Hmmmm My Little Pony mixed with Mr. Potato Head? Could be interesting... :rotfl2:

How did you find the Mermaid hair (okay found that but still nothing on tink) and tinkerbelle stuff on ebay? I just searched and found some stuff but not that. TIA! I so have to get that for my girls!!!

So how many pieces can one fit basically in the box if no head is put in? Who got the most in?

LOL! I priced the pieces seperately at thelaughingplace.com.. and they all came out to be like $200 or something.. I think $18 for a box is resonable.

You can get pirate Mr Potato Head parts at the gift shop when you get off the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. I think the box was around $10 and has a pirate hat,sword, pirate boots among other accessories in the box. pirate:
