My foot hurts

There's a staple sticking out of the footrest of our recliner, and I didn't know it. When I moved my foot last night, it cut me open So I decided I'm going to feel sorry for myself and not work out today. The cut is not that bad, but where's it at on my foot, it really hurts.

The cold is good for us to get rid of our boxelder bugs, which are harmless. They are just very annoying!!!!
