MP3 Player Help Needed!

So my DH got a MP3 player- Element- and an ITUNES gift card. He can't use it?

So my DH got a MP3 player- Element- and an ITUNES gift card. He can't use it?

My DH used itunes before he even had an MP3. You can put the music on CDs, and then load it into your MP3. Or at least that is what he did to put the stuff on my daughters Creative Zen.

I WAS warned about limewire so thank you for that! Thanks also to all the help I have received!

I FIGURED IT OUT!!! It took quite awhile but eventually it all woked out!

She received the 30.00 Philips MP3 player. At the age of 9, that's about all she needs! I had to use Windows media player and once I figured that out it went pretty good!

I did read the manual from front to back and obviouslly they assume everyone knows how these work because there were no instructions on how to download music......

WhistePig--have you had the same kinds of problems with your SanDisk player that I have?

I've had it for about a year and a half now and there have been some days when I wanted to chuck it in the garbage. Awhile back, it was acting up and when I called tech support, it took them half an hour to tell me that I needed to upload some kind of software update onto my MP3 player. Another time it took them over an hour and two different tech support guys to tell me that they didn't KNOW why my player was acting weird. I ended up having to reformat it manually.

I also have had issues with it not wanting to play songs I loaded onto it from certain CDs that I own. It'll load on there fine and play fine in Windows Media Player, but if I'm out and about and I hit play, it says, "License Expired". The tech support guys can't figure that out either.
