Mozzarella Meat Pie
1 1/2 to 2 lbs hamburger
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 jar prego sauce with mushrooms
1 TBS sugar
1/2 pkg Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 can biscuits
Cook meat and onion till onion is transparent and beef is brown; drain.
Add prego sauce and sugar; simmer. Stir in half of cheese and heat until
cheese melts. Place unbaked biscuits in bottom of baking pan. Pour
hamburger mixture over biscuits and top with remaining cheese. Bake @
400° for 10 - 13 minutes or as biscuit can directs.
