Moving points around?

I currently have two reservations for November at BLT (home resort). Some of the points for these reservations are borrowed from following UY. I also have a separate contract at VWL (different UY). Assuming there was availability at AK at 7 months and I wanted to move my BLT reservations to AK, could I use my borrowed BLT points in conjunction with some of my VWL points to make the AK reservations? Thanks!

Potentially but you'd need to either book separate reservations and link them Or you'd have to transfer points from one contact to another to use them together. You'll have to do this by phone and not on line in this situation if you transfer the points. They likely will transfer banked or borrowed points in this situation though.

One nice thing is that they seem to be getting better at handling linked reservations again. For my Boardwalk reservation a couple of weeks ago I did not have to go down to check out and check back in again although I had one CM cautiously tell me I should check anyway and another tell me the CC information wouldn't transfer. It all went seamlessly however including the CC info. Others have reported similar things recently.
